A. After payment, a voucher will be sent to you by email or SMS.
Q. Can I change the date of my tour after I buy it?
A. Yes, if you cannot use the ticket on the day, then just keep the voucher and use it on a different day, no need to rebook. (Not available on Triple Tours and Lunch and Tram tours) Your ticket is valid for 6 months after purchase.
Q. Where do I redeem my voucher?
A. You can redeem your voucher on board the tram at any of our 8 stops throughout the city.
Q. Can I purchase tickets on the Tram or do I have to buy online?
A. You can buy on board the Tram direct from the driver, cash or credit card. However there is a special promotion on line and most of the tickets are cheaper on the web site
Q. Can I present my booking confirmation via my smart phone or tablet?
A. Yes, there is no requirement to print the voucher when bought off our web site.
Q. Where can I start the tour?
A. You can jump on board at any of the 8 stops around the city. See the Map and Timetable tab along the top of the web site.
Q. How long is the tour?
A. The full tour takes 75 - 90 mins to complete. You can either stay on board the whole way round or hop on and off as often as you wish throughout the day.
Q. Is there Commentary on board?
A. Yes we provide an entertaining and informative and live driver commentary.
Q. Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
A. Sorry, no wheelchair access but they can be carried folded. Customers must be able to climb up 3 small steps to get on the Tram.
Q. Are you open Public Holidays?
A. Not at the moment, due to our closed borders and lack of tourists we are NOT open on Public Holidays.
Q. Do you open on Sundays?
A. No, not at the moment, WE HAVE SUSPENDED ALL TOURS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We won’t be back until the international borders are open again.
Q. Do you accept Companion Cards?
A. Yes, the person with the Companion Cards can travel free of charge on our Tram
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Please choose carefully. Refunds are only available prior to the day of travel. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where tours are have been wrongly described, are different to the tour purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. A 5% fee will be charged for cancellations.
